Because our products are digital audio downloads, all sales are final once the purchase is completed and access to the files has been delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at alejandrogalvizu@gmail.com and we will help you access your purchase.

If a duplicate charge or payment error occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
